Moulding & Machine Service

We have built our own modern machine shop and can mill hardwoods and softwoods to your specific requirement.

This may include:

• PAR (planed all round)
• Profiled (skirtings, architraves etc)
• Most other bespoke profiles

Bespoke cutters are produced for our Weinig moulder (for larger runs) and for our tilting head spindle moulder (for short runs)

We have two lazer straight line edgers for sawing to dimension along with a Salvador optimising cross cut for cut to length jobs.

We have facilities to machine wide boards (i.e. stair strings).

Our milling service is responsive to work with you to help achieve your deadlines.
