Moulding & Machining Service

We have built our own modern machine shop enabling us to mill hardwoods and softwoods to your specific requirements with short lead times.

This may include:

• PAR (planed all round)
• Profiled (skirtings, architraves etc)
• End trimming and cross cutting to length
• Most other bespoke profiles

Bespoke cutters are produced for our Weinig moulder (for larger runs) and for our tilting head spindle moulder (for short runs)

We have two laser straight line edgers for sawing to dimension along with a Salvador optimising cross cut for cut to length jobs.

We have facilities to machine wide boards (i.e. stair strings).

Having our milling services on site lets us be responsive and flexible. This enables us to work with you to achieve your deadlines whilst maintaining full quality control over the end product.
