Coronavirus Update - WE ARE OPEN

The Health & Safety of our Staff and Customers remains our top priority.

The UK Government has been clear that the Construction industry and its supply chain should continue to operate.

Our Yard and Office are open between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, we are continuing to trade throughout the Pandemic whilst following strict government guidelines and social distancing rules.

Procedures at JW Timber Ltd

During these unprecedented times we would ask you to be patient with us, as well as respecting the measures we have put in place to keep both you and our staff safe.

Collections from our Yard are available on a pre-ordered basis, a specific collection date and time will be allocated at the time of order.

We request when collecting from our Yard that on arrival face masks be worn and hand sanitiser used, please wait behind the bollards and a member of our staff will bring your order to you.

We are currently not allowing any visitors to our Office or Yard unless you are collecting an order.

All deliveries will be carried out following social distancing guidelines, our drivers will be wearing face masks when outside of the vehicle and we would request all customers to do the same.

Our drivers will not ask you to sign any paperwork on delivery, but will make a note of the name of the person accepting the delivery.

All payments ideally to be made by card (no cash or cheques).

Our Yard and Office are now open between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (for pre-ordered goods only), we continue to trade as we have been throughout the pandemic whilst still following strict government guidelines and social distancing rules.

We have set in place a minimum order value for collections of £50 + VAT. Timber can only be collected from our yard on a pre-ordered basis. At the time of placing your order you will be allocated a specific collection day and time.

On arrival at our yard please wait behind the bollards and follow the instructions to keep yourself and our staff safe.

Payment will be requested at the time of order or prior to your collection.

We are able to deliver but ask for a minimum order of £250 + VAT. Please bear with us as we may take a day or so longer than normal to deliver in the current circumstances.
